Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding guest service and ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process guest orders through the point-of-sale system and deliver orders to the kitchen.
  • Prepare and pack food and beverages to the brand standard.
  • Ensure that all guest areas are clean, sanitary, and tidy.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Adhere to brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business volume levels.
  • Knowledge of the menu and allergens.
  • Ability to follow instructions and achieve brand standards.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and smart appearance.
