About the Role

We're on the hunt for talented individuals to join our Front of House team at Nando's. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for creating unforgettable customer moments and ensuring our guests leave feeling valued and wowed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a smile and make them feel at home.
  • Efficient Service: Serve customers promptly and efficiently at the till, understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Food and Drink Service: Serve amazing food and drink to Nando's high standards, making our guests feel fired up and wowed by the experience.
  • Takeaway Experience: Manage the takeaway customer experience, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Set up, maintain, hand over, and close down a clean, safe, and fully operational restaurant floor.
  • Deep Cleaning: Handle deep cleaning to Nando's high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.
