Eleven is seeking a highly skilled Senior Market Risk Specialist to join their Risk Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk analysis and management, with a focus on commodity trading. The role will involve daily analysis of trading positions, P&L, and VaR, as well as ensuring adherence to S&T Control Policy and escalating issues to the appropriate level. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating, adjusting, and validating price curves, working closely with the front office to ensure accuracy and market exposure. Additionally, they will work with IT and Risk Control Global teams on system and ad-hoc projects, driving adoption of digital tools and global alignment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience in risk control or market risk, gained within an oil and gas or bank trading environment. They will be highly proficient in Excel and trading database applications, and able to analyze large data sets to provide insightful analysis. The successful candidate will also be able to work closely with IT on system and digital projects, troubleshooting issues and driving changes needed. They will also be able to work closely with S&T trading and trade analysts to provide theory and logic of the risk values presented in the Daily Management Risk Report. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in acting as and developing into a market risk subject matter expert. The role will be a great opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills and expertise in risk management and analysis, and to contribute to the success of Eleven's Risk Team.
