We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Assistant to join our team at Topps Tiles. Key Responsibilities:
- Use your product knowledge and expertise to sell and advise customers on our tile and associated product ranges.
- Represent the Topps Tiles brand and contribute to the profitability and reputation of your branch by working as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Deal with customers face-to-face, ensuring a welcoming and confident approach.
- Ensure showrooms are clean and tidy, and branch standards are maintained.
- Complete customer orders over the phone and offer exceptional customer service, even under pressure.
- Offer specific advice to customers on products and their use.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
