We are seeking an experienced motor retail sales executive to join our dealership on the Brighton Road, London (CR5).
As a key member of our high-performing Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer care and selling new cars from the popular Renault and Dacia ranges.
Key Responsibilities- Selling new cars and add-ons, such as finance, insurance, extended warranties, and service plans
- Working with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to the success of the dealership
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current job experience in motor vehicle retail, preferably with a main dealer
- Confidence and determination to succeed in a commission-based sales environment
- Superb personal presentation and customer service skills
- A Full UK Driver's license (automatic-only license holders will also be considered)
We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,500 per annum, uncapped commission, and a range of benefits, including:
- A demonstrator car from day one and a tax-efficient car after one month's service
- 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and subsidised car option after 3 months' service
