Public Health Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will work in the community, assessing patient care needs and developing programs of care for specific client groups.

Duties and Responsibilities- Assess patient care needs and develop programs of care for specific client groups
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Supervise and assess pre and post-basic learners and unregistered staff
- Relevant pre or post-registration community experience preferred
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Ability to travel to various locations between Tameside and Glossop
- Competitive salary: £29,970 - £36,483 per annum pro rata
