Exciting Opportunity for a National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly ambitious and experienced National Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at a leading FMCG company based in Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Top 4 Grocer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement JBP strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Secure new business and further distribution opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Category Management teams to drive NPD initiatives
  • Manage full P&L responsibility and ensure delivery across the supply chain

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FMCG National Account Management, with a strong track record of success in the Top 6 MULTs
  • Passion for Private Label and experience working in a Private Label FMCG business
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand gaps and trends and translate them into actionable insights for retailers
  • Highly numerate with P&L management experience
  • Excellent influencing and collaboration skills, with the ability to hold a room and drive results
