Clinical Team Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Clinical Team Supervisor in our retail pharmacy.
In this role, you will lead a team of pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and support business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Qualified Pharmacist with a valid GPhC registration
- Prior experience in a similar role or as a pharmacy manager
Compensation and Benefits:
This position comes with a competitive compensation package, including a salary of £60,000 - £64,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as:
