A key role within the Harlequins Marketing Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering supporter communication strategies through targeted email campaigns, the annual Season Ticket Membership drive, and managing the company's LinkedIn presence on a daily basis. Your primary focus will be on driving growth and engagement across all areas of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted email campaigns to engage supporters and drive growth.
  • Lead the development and delivery of the annual Season Ticket Membership campaign.
  • Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, creating and curating content to drive engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to develop and implement supporter communication strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on email marketing and social media.
  • Strong understanding of supporter communication and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
