Role Overview: As a 1:1 Nurture Teacher, you will be working closely with a pupil in their home to provide personalized support and help them build confidence. You will be adaptable, empathetic, and patient, with a passion for helping children with special needs develop academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to a pupil in their home, focusing on their emotional and academic needs.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of SEND specialists in the school setting to deliver targeted interventions.
  • Adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • QTS, PGCE, or QTLS qualification.
  • Teaching experience (1 year minimum).
  • Driving license.
  • Ability to travel to the child's home and work in a school setting.
