Impellam Group, a leading staffing agency, is seeking an experienced Agile Project Coordinator to join our team. As an Agile Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring consistent sprint goal achievement, and promoting strong Agile adoption within the squad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Sprint Goals are Achieved: Review sprint metrics, velocity trends, and impediment logs to identify patterns and areas for improvement in team performance.
  • Foster Collaboration and Transparency: Facilitate effective Agile ceremonies, encouraging collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the squad.
  • Identify and Address Impediments: Proactively identify and address impediments to the squad's progress, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.

In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner and customers to manage new demand and the backlog, contributing to the Product team's annual planning. You will also engage with other Scrum Masters to manage cross-team dependencies and participate in Scrum Master communities of practice.

Requirements:
  • Deep Understanding of Agile Principles: Practical experience with Agile principles, including the Scrum framework, is essential.
  • Industry Experience: Strong industry knowledge, particularly within insurance, retail, and commercial sectors.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to facilitate information flow, transparency, and alignment within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts within the team, promoting open communication and finding solutions.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Empower the squad to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
