Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of empathy and a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a basic level of English and Math, as well as the ability to make informed decisions and support individuals to make their own choices.

Responsibilities

The Care and Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, including daily personal care, day-to-day chores, and social activities. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities.
