Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Training Experience Architect to partner with our Sales organisation, collaborating closely with our L&D team, sales leadership, global commercial enablement, and people and culture teams. Your role will focus on designing and developing compelling training programs, ensuring regular updates and enhancements to keep content fresh and impactful.

  • Design and develop engaging training programs for Sales Teams, including workshops and e-learning courses.
  • Leverage various instructional techniques to boost engagement and drive long-term knowledge retention across all learners.

As a Training Experience Architect, you will lead the creation and execution of onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they are fully trained on essential sales tools, processes, and methodologies from day one. You will also maintain detailed training records and performance reports to monitor progress, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Sales Training, or a related role. Proven track record in designing and implementing impactful sales training programs is essential, along with strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

What we offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
