Job Title: Surgery Support Agent

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Surgery Support Agent. As Europe's leading private provider of laser eye, premium intraocular lens, and cataract surgery, we have been serving millions of patients for over 33 years.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing diaries and schedules effectively, preparing performance analysis reports, communicating with surgical staff and patients, forecasting business volumes, and maintaining optimal resource utilization.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent organisational and time management skills, a keen eye for detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

The salary for this position is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, with career progression opportunities, free or discounted optical products and procedures, discounted prescription and non-prescription eye care, cycle-to-work scheme, and discounted City Centre parking.
