Job OverviewThe Job involves interacting with customers via multiple channels, responding promptly to inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving queries first time whenever possible.
- Assessing customer requirements and coordinating with back offices when necessary.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
