RWS Group is seeking a Financial Planning and Reporting Specialist to support our team in the UK. In this role, you'll assist the Head of Group Reporting in managing group and statutory reporting to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting the management of statutory accounting/reporting activities, drafting statutory accounts, and producing group consolidation and reporting packs. With a strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail, you'll drive continuous improvements of statutory accounting/reporting processes.

We're looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience in a group finance team of a multinational FTSE/lited company. As a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or global equivalent), you'll have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or other business-related discipline. Strong English language skills and experience with different finance systems are also essential.

This role comes with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll work closely with the Head of Group Reporting to ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and good corporate governance practices.
