Job Title: Training and Competence Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Training and Competence Manager to join our team at Clayton Davies Ltd. As a key member of our compliance and risk management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our financial services operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze third-party audit reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Director to develop and implement a compliance monitoring plan, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to address any identified failings.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance-focused management information (MI) for executive review and presentation to the Board or Committees as required.
- Support the Compliance Director in reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the review and update of risk registers across the business, ensuring that all identified risks are properly assessed and mitigated.
- Provide compliance and risk management expertise to support the development of third-party due diligence processes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with experience in financial services operations. You will also need to have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
