Job Overview:

Olive Recruit is seeking a skilled In-House Trainer to join our team at Catalyst Care Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs tailored to the needs of our colleagues and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training strategies to enhance skills and competencies, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps.
  • Maintain accurate training records and report outcomes to leadership.
  • Design and deliver e-learning modules to support clinician-centric practices and a person-centered approach.
  • Ensure training is inclusive and aligned with the organization's growth and the needs of those it supports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 AET and evidence of delivering health and social care training.
  • Level 3 Assessor qualification, or willingness to work towards it, along with a Care Certificate or readiness to obtain it.
  • Experience working within a health and social care setting.
