Job Title: Junior Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to join our Kingfisher team. As a Junior Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services, providing round-the-clock support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze IT production services to identify and report any issues or anomalies.
  • Collaborate with experienced team members to develop business knowledge and skills, with the goal of progressing to more senior roles.
  • Work closely with technical support personnel to resolve complex incidents and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues to ensure seamless implementation of additional responsibilities.
  • Utilize IT software tools, such as Microsoft Windows and MS Excel, to support incident management and problem-solving.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding of issues and resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve IT service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Reliable and conscientious, with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent GCSE grades, with a focus on English and Maths.
  • An IT-related qualification is advantageous.
