About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our Adult Hospital Team on the Isle of Wight. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a UK Adult Social Work team and be qualified with a DipSW or equivalent.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for completing hospital discharges with Care Act style assessments, working in a busy team under close supervision, and facilitating person-centred working and strengths-based approaches.
">Key Aspects of the Job:
">• Completing hospital discharges with Care Act style assessments
">• Working in a busy team under close supervision
">• Understanding Adult Social Care statutory duties
">• Facilitating person-centred working and strengths-based approaches
">• Recording work to a high standard and liaising with other professionals
">What We Offer:
">We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a Kindle Fire and access to an online training portal.
">Requirements:
">To be considered for this role, you must hold a DipSW or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, and have a current DBS. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
