We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for the preparation and service of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service
* Develop and implement new menu ideas
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

Requirements:

* 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Experience in a 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
* Passion for food and commitment to excellence
