Autism Support Specialist

We are recruiting highly skilled autism support specialists to work with us and help individuals with learning disabilities achieve their goals.

A valid driver's license is essential for transporting clients in the community and participating in their preferred activities.

The Position Details:

In this role, you'll deliver exceptional support to individuals with autism and related complexities, ensuring their well-being through diligent observations, documentation, and respectful interaction.

Necessary Qualities:

  • Passion for empowering adults with learning disabilities
  • Empathetic and compassionate attitude
  • Minimum six months of experience in social care environments
  • Valid Enhanced DBS certificate or ability to obtain it
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Salary Range: Approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
