About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Autism Learning Support Mentor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to provide individualized support and guidance. Your expertise in autism and learning support will help us create a tailored learning experience that meets the unique needs of each student.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £85 per day, paid weekly through PAYE. This competitive daily rate reflects the importance of your skills and experience in providing high-quality support to our students.

Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing one-to-one support to students with autism and other ALN
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans
  • Facilitating communication between students, teachers, and parents

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of autism and its effects on learning
  • Experience working with students with ALN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
