About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team at anzuk Education. As an experienced educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students, fostering a positive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student growth and development.

With a strong focus on collaborative learning, we are seeking a qualified teacher who can work effectively with colleagues to develop a well-rounded curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of our students.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) and experience in teaching primary-aged children is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and best practices in primary education is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students
  • Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student growth and development
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support where necessary
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop a well-rounded curriculum
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
  • Attend and contribute to staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
  • Support students with additional needs and promote an inclusive classroom
  • Ensure the classroom is organized and well-prepared for each lesson
  • Manage student behavior in accordance with the school's policies and procedures
