About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Personal Assistant to provide support to our Hospital Director at Pinehill Hospital. As a key member of the Management Office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Hospital Director, including minute-taking, audio typing, and shorthand.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Zoom to manage communication and documentation.
  • Work closely with the Head of Clinical Services and HR Manager to ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission standards.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of confidentiality and accuracy in all aspects of the role.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High levels of organization and time management.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.
