The ideal candidate will have a caring nature and the ability to engage with the people they support, inspiring them to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.

As a Service Manager, you will work alongside the Area Manager and the Senior Leadership team to deliver quality service to the people who rely on us. You will also be responsible for managing and building positive relationships with all stakeholders, putting our vision and values into action to deliver first-class service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the service team to deliver high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes and quality of life for service users
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team to achieve service goals and objectives
  • Manage and develop the service team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent support



Requirements:

  • QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a deputy or service manager
  • Must be resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Drivers are ESSENTIAL due to the nature of the role
