Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Circet UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing workflows, surveying and programming work streams, and organizing staff to carry out required works efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SROH and NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor. They will also have experience of dealing with external stakeholders and communicating effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure
  • Addressing non-conformance/non-compliance early to minimize cost impact
  • Coaching and mentoring field operatives to improve quality and compliance
  • Providing updates and reports to the Works Control and Noticing departments
  • Carrying out in-progress audits and coaching sub-contractors on site
