Product Manager Apparel EMEA

New Balance is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager Apparel EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our apparel business, you will be responsible for developing and executing global product strategies for the JD Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global product strategies for the JD Group, aligned with New Balance's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of product plans.
- Partner with JD lead buyers and channel merchandisers to define global product line plans, ensuring alignment with regional and local market needs.
- Manage product development processes, including design briefs, product development, and technical design, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Drive commercial growth through data-driven insights, market analysis, and consumer research, ensuring products meet consumer needs and exceed business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including JD Group, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- 3-5+ years of experience in product line management, merchandising, or buying in the apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of global markets, consumer trends, and product development processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
