Job Title: Product Manager Apparel EMEA

New Balance is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager Apparel EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our product creation team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global apparel product strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global apparel product strategies that align with New Balance's business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality apparel products that meet consumer needs and expectations
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define product lines, pricing, and inventory management strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and pricing decisions
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of product information to internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, or buying with a global apparel brand
  • Strong understanding of the Gen Z consumer and current market trends
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Domestic and international travel required
