We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team at a modern British restaurant in Hammersmith. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the management team in the daily running of the restaurant
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage staff rotas and schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu ideas and promotions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in high-volume, upscale restaurants
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for food and excellent customer service skills
