About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager at our Residential Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day operations of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Manager with the management of the care team
- Lead the care team in the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient care services
- Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home
Requirements:
- Experience at a senior care level
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Services or Health Care
- Ability to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos
