About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Growth Strategy Operations Manager to join our team at Databricks Inc. in the United States. The estimated salary for this position is $160,000 - $210,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

In this senior-level position, you will partner with regional marketing teams to deliver measurable business results by driving operational excellence and enabling scalability. You will work closely with marketing leaders, build strong cross-functional relationships, and optimize operational processes to maximize revenue impact.

The impact you will have:

  • Support the development and execution of regional marketing strategy
  • Drive operational excellence to maximize pipeline and revenue impact
  • Support and optimize quarterly and annual marketing planning processes
  • Analyze end-to-end funnel performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Oversee the regional adaptation of global processes, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion optimization, to create tailored high-performing solutions
  • Champion best practices in marketing technology utilization and enable marketers to drive performance through streamlined processes
  • Empower marketing and operations teams with scalable skills to increase efficiency and boost pipeline growth
  • Maximize the usage of our marketing technologies and data assets to allow the evolution and growth of demand-generation capabilities
  • Lead, motivate, and influence effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, channels, and revenue models
  • Focused on driving measurable results and optimizing for maximum performance
  • Experience in extracting, analyzing, and communicating performance metrics
  • Experience in driving measurable operational improvements and efficiencies in marketing and GTM processes
  • Strong technical proficiency with marketing technology, automation, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, partners, and leaders
  • Experienced in working in a hyper-growth, high-velocity organization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels
