Job Title: Lettings Branch Manager

Location: Redditch

Basic Salary: up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

OTE: £65,000


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Branch Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for leading our Redditch lettings branch and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Performance: Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and monitor employees within the branch, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with current legislation and company policies.


Requirements:

  • Management Experience: Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the lettings industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the lettings industry and local market.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient with technology, including property management software.
