Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine applicants' suitability for roles within our organisation.
- Prepare detailed reports based on your findings, highlighting key strengths and areas for improvement.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package, including:
- A starting salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, rising to £45,650 with experience (OTE). This includes a 5% retention bonus, increasing to 10% based on performance.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 12 months of post-qualification experience in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapy.
- Active registration with full practice rights, ensuring you are eligible to work in the UK.
- No prior experience in assessments is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
