Job Summary:
Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Leadership Role. As a key member of our perioperative care team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and high-quality care to patients during their perioperative phase of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care.
- Support, coordinate, and actively assist in the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
- Provide quality planned care for patients during their perioperative phase of care by ensuring all team members deliver quality patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership.
- Lead in the delivery of patient care, during a list or specified period of time.
- Ensure that patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with the policy and that all practitioners adhere to the policy.
- Contribute to quality improvement.
- Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self.
- Promote best evidence-based practice within own scope of practice.
- Apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly.
- Achieve agreed objectives and demonstrating CHG behaviours at all times.
