Starbucks Shift Supervisor Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at EG Group. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or in a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
