About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a leading Medical Device Manufacturer in Gloucester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products and processes meet the highest quality standards. Key duties include:

  1. Performing dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision measuring tools
  2. Verifying product compliance with engineering drawings and standards
  3. Utilising a variety of measuring devices: torque drivers, micrometres, height gauges
  4. Documenting inspection results and preparing detailed reports
  5. Identifying and reporting non-conformances and recommending corrective actions
  6. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with production and engineering teams

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and proficiency in operating CMM's and interpreting CMM data. A strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is also required. The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
