We have an exciting opportunity for a Workspace Co-ordinator to work with us in Oldham on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time role working within the office, covering core operational hours of 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

As a Workspace Co-ordinator, you will report to the Regional Workspace Manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality front-of-house services. You will support the efficient and effective delivery of Workspace services for The Guinness Partnership, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, and building users. Building strong working relationships with internal and external customers and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing are essential to ensure the timely and effective supply of Workspace Management services, including deliveries and office supplies.

Your responsibilities will also include a variety of tasks such as reception duties, testing fire alarms, and other building services to ensure compliance with standards and measures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.

Essential Qualifications:

Qualified to a GCSE Level 5 or equivalent in English & Maths.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
