About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Glassmoon Services. The successful candidate will have experience in providing support for individuals with complex needs and be able to build and maintain meaningful connections within the community.

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Deliver person-centered care, unique to each individual, aligned with our person-led support delivery model.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships and connections within the local community.
  • Complete and maintain Support Plans and other necessary information that supports our people and ensures the delivery of effective support.
  • Actively promote and maintain the safety of those in our care.
Requirements and Benefits

The ideal candidate will have a driver's license and be willing to undergo satisfactory criminal records checks and provide references. Glassmoon Services offers a competitive salary range of £12.05 to £12.83 per hour, depending on qualifications, and a range of benefits including flexible pay options, Blue Light Card funding, and a Company pension scheme.
