Support Care Professional

At Glassmoon Services, we provide 24-hour support to individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities, including a range of needs and different presentations.
About the RoleWe are seeking applications for Female Support Workers who can help young people with complex needs build and maintain meaningful connections within their community.
You will play a vital role in helping young individuals on their journey towards attending college, securing a job, enjoying music festivals, building relationships, and acquiring the skills they need to become as independent as possible.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver person-centered care, unique to each individual, aligned with our person-led support delivery model.
- Engage with the unique interests of the individuals we support, helping them maintain their skills, and receive personalized care.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships and connections within their local community.
The salary for this role is £83 per hour, depending on qualifications. You'll work alongside a group of dedicated individuals who care deeply about their work, the people they support, and their colleagues.
