About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join our team at Front Row Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a range of enquiries from pension scheme members, performing manual and computerised calculations, and assisting less experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle enquiries from pension scheme members, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Perform manual and computerised calculations, including transfers, retirements, deaths, and divorce
  • Assist less experienced colleagues and check their work to ensure high-quality standards
  • Work on client projects, such as pension increase exercises and benefit statements
  • Ensure a consistently high level of service is provided to clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in occupational pensions, either in a consultancy or in-house background
  • Good knowledge of DB schemes, including manual and computerised calculations
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • Desire to develop technically and contribute to the growth of our team
