Senior Residential Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Polaris Community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and young people in our residential care settings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the effective implementation of the Children Act 1989 and the accompanying guidance and regulations.
  • Coordinating and accessing appropriate services to meet the needs of each child and young person.
  • Providing leadership and coaching in childcare practice to ensure best outcomes for children and young people.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience and qualifications in childcare or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and supporting the development of children and young people.
