We are looking for a motivated Contract Administrator to join our team at Corrigenda Group Limited in Portsmouth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing customer service requests, acting as first line support for clients, and delivering exceptional customer service via various channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Handling and logging client requests via telephone, email, or online portals
  2. Answering phone calls in a timely manner and directing calls/taking messages accordingly
  3. Liaising with customers on job progress and providing feedback
  4. Liaising with external contractors
  5. Generating jobs on the Corrigenda CAFM system
  6. Relaying instructions to engineers and collating details of works in progress
  7. Processing and inputting worksheet information correctly onto our system
  8. Liaising with contract managers and engineers for effective communication
  9. Contributing to implementing new working methods and participating in continuous improvement
  10. Updating client portals
  11. Raising and issuing purchase orders for materials and subcontractors
  12. Assisting with arranging site access & appointment bookings with clients
  13. Other general administrative duties

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a front-line customer advisor/helpdesk role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Attention to detail and IT literacy

We offer a competitive salary of up to £27,000 (dependent on experience) and an attractive benefits package, including 31 days' annual holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), BUPA Cashplan, Enrolment into our pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, and more.
