Operations Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives and drivers, ensuring they are motivated and treated fairly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of operatives and drivers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and take action to achieve service level targets.
- Educate your team on business goals and service objectives.
- Ensure your team follows safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices during the shift.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
- Ability to manage own and team's time effectively with attention to detail.
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a strong customer focus.
- Good communication skills.
