Job Title

As a Property Management Team Lead, you will oversee a large portfolio of high-end properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.


This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team to manage a diverse portfolio of lettings properties, coordinate viewings and maintenance requests, budget and forecast income, and collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of lettings properties
  • Coordinating viewings and maintenance requests
  • Budgeting and forecasting income
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales targets

A competitive salary of £52,000 per annum is offered, along with ongoing training and professional development opportunities in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Portfolio Administrator to join our team at The People Pod. This exciting opportunity provides the chance to work on interesting projects and contribute to business growth.

Key requirements include minimum 2 years' experience in lettings or property management, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
