Job Title: Colleague Head Chef

At Fairmont St Andrews, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Colleague Head Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Staff Canteen and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our staff and guests
  • Oversee the daily operation of the canteen, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members
  • Cook and prepare food to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients
  • Ensure all staff meals are prepared and served to the highest standard
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Ability to maintain good employee relations and lead a team
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
