Mobile Gas Services Technician

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is a leading National Facilities Service Provider seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team as a Mobile Gas Services Technician. As a key member of the facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, repairs, and maintenance throughout commercial properties across Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. They will also have electrical or air conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, F-gas) and be client-facing with a full driving license. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits including a fully expensed van and fuel card, mobile phone, and company uniform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality services, repairs, and maintenance throughout commercial properties.
- Reactive maintenance throughout clients' portfolios of properties.
- Self-delivery of smaller installations.
- Covering a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
- Diagnosing and identifying faults and failures within equipment.
- Ordering and fitting parts or components to equipment when required.
