Sales Account Management Opportunity

Vandewiele is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle for all products, covering new business, existing client renewals, and service contracts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our sales team, customer support, service, and financial departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive customer contact through telephone, meetings, technical demonstrations, and trade exhibition activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and provide regular activity reports on pipeline and forecast business.

Your Profile

  • You are self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You have a good technical understanding and are comfortable with a fast learning curve.
  • You are able to travel frequently within the UK and abroad.
  • You are capable of delivering excellent presentations in fluent English and providing a flexible approach to senior-level clients in businesses ranging from SME to international enterprises.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft operating systems and Office applications.
  • In an ideal world, you would have already about 7 years of technical-commercial experience in long-term sales for an international software or manufacturing environment.
  • We regard the knowledge of additional foreign languages as a plus.
  • We regard experience or knowledge in the manufacturing areas of textiles (e.g. spinning, weaving, knitting) and plastics (e.g. injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming) as beneficial towards your application.
