Job Description:

This role will involve swiftly responding to customer call-outs, executing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, and maintaining accurate records of site visits using service software via company-provided tablet. You will also manage van stocks and company equipment, adhering to company procedures.

  • Previous experience in a field-based role, comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience with mechanical engineering, electrics, PLCs, and other related fields is advantageous but not essential.

You will be part of a pivotal team that ensures the smooth operation of cutting-edge car wash equipment, enhancing the overall customer experience in the automotive sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering and customer service, with excellent communication skills and a drive to deliver results. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including a company vehicle, mobile phone, and tablet, are offered.

Estimated Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
