  • Develop, monitor, and update project plans for various supply chain initiatives (procurement, production, logistics).
  • Ensure projects are executed within scope, timeline, and budget, managing resources and coordinating tasks effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the smooth execution of supply chain activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with commercial, procurement, production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments to avoid disruptions and ensure clarity of expectations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyse data from various points of the supply chain to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or potential improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budget adherence.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership, with a focus on optimizing supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, production, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet or similar).
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures that all elements of supply chain projects are well-coordinated and aligned.
